Privacy notice

This notice explains what Quick & Safe LLC collects through this website and the onboarding portal. Patient information handled inside a customer's SirenPilot system is governed by that customer's Business Associate Agreement, not this notice.

What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, company, role, email, phone, and the company details you give during onboarding (licenses, trucks, crew contacts, facilities, billing setup). Basic technical data — IP address, browser, and the time of each sign-in — kept for security.

How we use it

To answer your questions, set up and support your system, keep accounts secure, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers who host, email or text for us under confidentiality obligations, and anyone the law requires.

Keeping it

We keep onboarding information while you are a customer or prospect and for up to two years after, unless the law requires longer. Ask us and we will delete or correct it.
